Stephen Saybolt, MBA, CPCU, ARM
Founder
After years working as a police officer and claims professional, I started this company in 2006 to do consulting work for a major hospital chain, helping them handle medical malpractice claims. I also offered insurance training. This later expanded into environmental and general liability claims and Risk Management consulting. After teaching ESOL for a couple of years, I went to live and work in Moscow, Russia for, two years, as an ESOL teacher, focusing on Business, Law, and Medicine. Experienced with mediations, I also became a registered mediator, and offer these services nationwide. Insurance people have described me as detailed oriented and that I create a positive social-emotional environment. As a mediator, people have said that I am fair-minded, patient, and good at keeping things moving.
Dr. Marianna Savitt, Ed.D
Managing Director of Education
I was born in Ukraine, I and taught ESOL in Ukraine for 14 years. I still remember the days when I was paid in sugar, not money, but I love teaching. I moved to the USA in 2001, proudly became a US citizen, and then earned a Master's Degree from NOVA SE University, and thereafter my doctorate degree. I have been teaching at the International Student Center for 16 years. I have been honored as Teacher of the Year three times (Rovno Oblast, Ukraine, Dekalb County, and the Dekalb Rotary Council). I am also fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and I can understand/speak some Spanish.
Russell Yarov
Manager of Foreign Education
Experienced, trustworthy, fun. These are just a few of the ways coworkers describe this valuable member of our team. Russ is an experienced ESOL teacher, currently living abroad. He graduated from Georgia State University, in Atlanta, GA, with a double major in Spanish and International Business. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. He speaks/understands some German, Polish, and Chinese as well. He also is a gifted musician and a proud father of two adorable kids. Along with Dr. Savitt, Russ is actively involved with our translation and interpretive services.
